Introduction

A new version of Oatmeal for breakfast that is full of protein and tastes like a dessert! A new version of Oatmeal for breakfast that is full of protein and tastes like a dessert!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup berries (or favorite fruit)
    2 tablespoons of nutribiotic vanilla rice protein powder (or favorite protein powder)
    1 tablespoon of psyllium husk fiber powder

Directions

Mix oats, protein powder and psyllium husk fiber into a small bowl. Add 1/2 cup water (or more to taste if you prefer a thinner texture) and microwave on high for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.

Remove from microwave, stir, and add your favorite fruit. Voila! You are done in under 8 minutes!
