This is basic chicken salad that can be used with any dressing. This is basic chicken salad that can be used with any dressing.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), .5 cup shredded (remove)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)
    Salad cressing of your choice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Bake the chicken, cut into strips and let it cool
Add the other ingredients as desired.
Feel free to add onion, broccoli, zucchini, etc.
