Ingredients

1 tbls oil
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 cup fresh snow peas
1/2 cup sl water chestnuts
1.5 cup fresh broccoli (bok choy is usually used here but my kids like broc better)
1 cup bamboo shoots (1 can)
1tsp garlic
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 lb. chicken breast sliced thin
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbls corn starch
2 tbls water
Tips
I add other veggie sometime like shreaded carrots, zuchini but they are not figured into calories also soy sauce can be added but i don't use it
Directions
stir fry chicken breast 1/2 way done add allveggie, continue to cook until have veggie the firmness you like. In a sauce pan heat chicken broth mix waterwith corn starch then add to warm broth cook until slightly thickene add to mixture.
