Ingredients

2 oz Ancient Harvest Gluten free pasta shells
3 T Smart Balance buttery spread
2 T Pamela's gluten free Pancake and Baking mix
1 c Milk, fat free
1 c Kirkland shredded cheddar/jack cheese
1 t thyme, dried
1 T pepper, black
1 t salt
2 T cilantro, fresh diced
Tips
You can add any meat or vegetable into this dish and serve as a casserole.
You can add crushed corn flakes on top (make sure it's gluten free) and place under the broiler for 10 min or until crunchy.
Directions
Use a fry pan with a high side. Melt Smart Balance in pan on medium low heat. Sprinkle in Pamela's mix while whisking continually.
Add milk and whisk until warm.
Add cheese a little at a time, whisking continually. Watch when the cheese is warmed and the mix is smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Add more milk if too thick or more cheese if to runny.
Mix in cooked pasta and serve hot.
