Introduction

Ingredients

    MARINADE AND SAUCE
    1/2 tsp ground allspice
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground coriander
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp apple butter OR apple sauce
    2 tbsp chipotle peppers
    1/4 olive oil
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    4 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp orange zest
    4 thick pork chops or 2 pork tenderloins

Directions

*Combine first 12 ingrediants and put meat and marinade in a ziploc bag.
*Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 6 hours in fridge.
Save leftover marinade!!

Barbecue cooking instructions.
*Pre-heat barbecue to high
*Reduce heat to medium
*Cook chops for 5 minutes per side or tenderloins for 20 minutes-turn once at 10 minutes or until internal temp. is 160 degrees.

Oven cooking
*Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
*Cook for 20 minutes or until internal temp. is 160 degrees.

Heat leftover marinade until boiling and cook for 2-3 minutes.
