Introduction

My realtor sent me a yummy recipe for Cheesy Chili Dip, but it was full of fat. I substituted the ingredients to lower the fat and make it more healthy. My realtor sent me a yummy recipe for Cheesy Chili Dip, but it was full of fat. I substituted the ingredients to lower the fat and make it more healthy.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 8-oz package fat-free cream cheese, softened
    1 can Hormel Turkey Chili, no beans
    1 small can diced green chilis
    3 tablespoons salsa
    1 7-oz package shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

    Pita Chips or Carrot Sticks for dipping (not included in nutritional information)

Directions

Spray a casserole dish with Pam or other cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spread cream cheese in the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with can of Hormel chili, then chilis and salsa. Finally, top with cheese.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with Pita chips or carrot sticks.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings, about 2 tablespoons each
