Ingredients

    Cauliflower,
    Tofu
    1 Zucchini*
    1 Summer Squash
    *Canola Oil
    2 Green Onions
    *Coriander
    Curry powder
    Salt
    Pepper, black

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Chop veggies and mix with Chopped Tofu and seasoning. Put in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve with Rice. Yum!
