Ingredients

    1 Tsp Olive oil
    1 cup green peppers sliced
    1 cup onions sliced
    2 cups mushrooms sliced
    0.5 cup water
    3 tbsp ketchup
    3tsp mustard

Directions

heat olive oil in frying pan, add onions,peppers and mushrooms, cook till tender, add water ,ketchup and mustard. let boil and season to taste
