Introduction

This has always been a party favorite any time I have ever made it. So delicious and can be made with low fat ingredients. This has always been a party favorite any time I have ever made it. So delicious and can be made with low fat ingredients.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

Green Giant Mexi Corn (2 cans)
Black Beans (any brand) (1 can)
    Sour Cream (16 oz)
    Mayonnaise (1 rounded tbsp)
    Pimentos (diced or sliced)
    Adobo Seasoning (in ethnic aisle)

Tips

Easy to mix and match ingredients.

Add Cheese, olives or any other favorite to spice things up.

Adobo seasoning is required but the amount is up to you. I suggest putting in a smaller amount, taste then add more if needed. It can be a bit strong if you use too much.

Keep refridgerated until ready to eat.

Choose any chip or cracker to serve with.

Directions

Make sure to drain liquid from corn, beans and pimentos.
All ingredients go in the bowl together. No cooking!
