Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs round steak
    A sprinkle of paprika
    2 TBP butter
    garlic salt to taste
    One 10.5 ounce can beef broth
    1 large onion
    1.5 large yellow, orange, red, or green pepper
    2 TBP cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 soy sauce

Tips

I add some ground ginger sometimes


Directions

Melt butter in wok. Sprinkle meat w/paprika, then brown in wok. Add garlic salt & beef broth. Cover & simmer for 30 minutes. Cut onion & pepper in strips. Add to meat and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, water & soy sauce and then add to meat mixture. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.

Serving Size: Paula says 4---but those are VERY big servings--I entered as 6
