    eggs, milk, flour

Tips

The batter can be prepared in advance and left somewhere cool to stand for up to 24 hours before baking.

You can make one large pudding or smaller ones. The smaller ones will cook quicker


Directions

Mix all ingredients except oil.

Preheat the oil in a hot (220 degrees and higher if possible.) oven until it is sizzling.

Pout the batter into the hot oil and return to oven for about 20 minutes until risen and golden. If the edges start to burn, reduce heat slightly

Serving Size: Serves 4 as a side dish for a roast dinner
