Ingredients

    raw carrots - 7 Medium
    raw onion - 1 large
    4 14 oz cans of Del Monte mixed vegetables
    roasted chicken
    18 chicken bouillon cubes or 144 oz of chicken broth

Tips

can be prepared stove top or in a crockpot


Directions

Boil 18 cups of water
Add 18 chicken bouillon cubes
Chop 1 large onion add to boiling chicken broth
chop 7 Medium carrots and add to boiling chicken broth
Separate/chop roasted chicken meat and add to boiling chicken broth
Add 4 14 ounce cans of Delmonte mixed veggies
Cover and boil for 2 hours
Lower to simmer for last 2 hours
