Ingredients

1 package Frozen cauliflower (or head)
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
6 TBS BBQ sauce (I like sweet baby ray's)
1/2 chicken breast
2 TBS Real Bacon Bits
3/4 cup of pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup of colby jack shredded cheese
Sprinkles of Oregano, Fennel seed, and parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Steam cauliflower in microwave using either water, or chicken broth.
Puree' cauliflower in food processor, or rice it.
Remove cauliflower mush and mix with 1 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese, and one egg until well mixed.
Pat flat on a covered baking sheet, or you can use a baking stone (that's what I use).
Sprinkle oregano, fennel seed, and parsley
Bake in over for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven.
Remove. Coat crust with BBQ sauce, and top with rest of ingredients.
Bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve.
