Ingredients

Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 large
Garlic, 1 clove
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large
*Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 5 teaspoon
Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve
Red Potato
Baby Carrots
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 package (10 oz)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole
Tips
After browning the onion, garlic, beef and celery in olive oil, I added the tomatoes, and simmered till hot. I added the potatoes and baby carrots so they could cook til soft before adding the other veggies so the others wouldn't get mushy. After everything is added I cooked on low ALL day you don't have to you can simply heat it all and eat it within 60 minutes.
Directions

add tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato sauce, cook till hot. add potatoes and baby carrots cook till veggies are soft but NOT mushy. add mixed veggies and okra, heat and eat!!
