Ingredients


    6 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 oz. cream cheese
    1 tbsp. milled flax seed
    1 packet Splenda
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (low carb)
    2 tbsp. organic, unsalted almond butter
    6-8 ice cubes

Directions

Finely crush ice first in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend/process until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: makes one large smoothie
