Ingredients

    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup cooked quinoa
    t Tbls GROUND Flax seed
    pinch of salt
    3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup protein powder
    dried, fresh, or frozen fruit, and or nuts.

Tips

I like two kinds of raisins and a mix of nuts. Keeps in frig well for about a week.


Directions

mixed rolled oats, cooked quinoa, flax, salt & water in 2 cup micro safe dish. add your extras. Adjust water as nessecary. Cool a bit then add protein powder.
I reheat the amout needed and cool with a dash of milk or boost.
