1 bunch green onions
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. red curry paste
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce or 3 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. oil - coconut is best
3 cloves of garlic
5 fresh basil leaves
Directions
Mix everything but squash together in dutch oven, add squash and boil
