Ingredients

    60 ounces Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
    2 cups frozen corn
    2 onions, chopped
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    12 ounces tomato paste
    8 ounces diced green chilies, undrained
    2 carrots, diced
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    4 teaspoons dried oregano
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 cups water
    2 tsp. vegetable boullion

Serving Size: Makes a very large crockpot full of food! My roommate and I ate this for about a week. Very filling.
