Introduction

Ingredients

    banana
    blueberries (optional)
    spinach
    flax seed (optional)
    almond milk (any preference milk)
    almond butter (any nut butter preference)
    protein powder (optional)

Tips

i play with the recipe often to fit my cravings. I've added all different types of fruit or cinnamon, vanilla extract, maca powder, protein powder. I find i never fail with these basic ingredients though. I keep my bananas sliced in a baggie in the freezer for quick use and to add a little chill to the smoothie.


Directions

add banana, blueberries, flax, almond/peanut butter to bottom of blender. fill to the top with spinach and add almond milk at the end and blend until smooth
