Ingredients

    4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
    3 oz grape tomatoes- pierced
    1 small onion-sweet
    1 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp dried dill, or to taste

Tips

The longer it marinates the better, but it needs at least one hour for flavors to blend.


Directions

Toss together the cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes. Combine the vinegar, water and sugar in pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and pour over the veggies. Stir in dill, cover and refrigerate until cold.
