Ingredients

    I cup oats
    I cup packed raisins
    3 servings plain whey protein powder
    1 cup dry milk powder
    3 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup blue agave nectar
    2+ tbsp water

Tips

Mixing well is important so that each bite gets a little of each ingredient. I often use wet hands to press into bottom of pan to help prevent sticking. I have noticed that all protein powders are different and some require mmore water that others.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add agave nectar and vanilla. Mix well until a course crumble. Add water and mix with hands until it forms a stiff dough. Spray an 8x8 pan and press mixture into bottom. Refridgerate for 1-2 hours.
