Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 large egg
    1/3 cup shredded zucchini
1/3 cup oats or whole grain bread crumbs
    2-3 white mushrooms chopped
2-3 scallions or 1/3 cup chopped onion
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped fine
    2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp grated ginger
1-2 tbsp sriracha sauce (depending on level of heat you like)
    Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and roll into meatballs. Bring a skillet to medium heat, coat pan with olive oil and organic cutter mixture...just enough to coat the pan and keep them from sticking. Get a good crust on both sides and then transfer to a 350 degree oven until cooked through. About 15 minutes.
