I use 1/2 mixture for my breakfast and the rest I make popsicles to eat during the week.

Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon Freeze Dried Beetroot Powder
    1 Frozen Banana
    1 Avocado
    Tspn Agave Syrup or Sugar Substitute
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    Tblspn Whey Protein Concentrate
    1 Cup Ice

    Iced filtered water to taste

Directions

Blend all together, pour into popsicle containers and freeze, the remaining mixture add 1/2 - 1 cups of iced filtered water (depending whether you like thickshakes or milkshakes)

Serving Size: Makes 2 glasses for breakfast and 6 popsicles
