Introduction

This is my best copycat recipe of the Avocado Salad served at the Mustard Seed Market and Cafe in Montrose, Ohio. They use a whole avocado in the salad, plus a generous amount of dressing and cheese. Ingredients

    2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
    1/2 cup chick peas
    1/2 avocado cubed or sliced
    1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    2 TB Annie's Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing

Tips

I feel the flavor of the chick peas is better if they are chilled!


Directions

Chop lettuce and avocado, arrange lettuce on a plate, top with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!!
