Introduction

My family loves this spread. I make it for special occasions and family functions. This kids would just wolf it down...if I would let them!! My family loves this spread. I make it for special occasions and family functions. This kids would just wolf it down...if I would let them!!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 (8oz.) fat free cream cheese
    2 TBSP. grated onion
    1 TBSP. Lemon juice
    1 tea. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tea. prepared mustard
    1 can (14 1/2 oz) Salmon, drained, boned, and skinned
    2 TBSP minced fresh parsley

Tips

Sometimes I add more horseradish or even cayenne to spice it up more. And most of the time I don't have fresh parsley, so I use dried parsley and you don't have to use as much!


Directions

In large bowl combine cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish, and mustard. Stir in salmon, sprikle with parsley and serve with your favorite crackers, or bread.
