Introduction

Easy new way to enjoy baked potatoes with no fuss! Easy new way to enjoy baked potatoes with no fuss!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 Yellow baking potatoes
    1 package of chopped broccolli
    4 tbsp of Oscar Mayer bacon bits
    4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Bake potatoes for 1 hour. Remove 1 package chopped broccolli from freezer and cook in a small pan with water. Once thawed and heated up, put aside for later. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove from oven and cut up into bite-sized pieces. Put potatoes into a 10 inch pie plate. Take the cooked, drained broccolli and place on top of potatoes. Add the bacon bits to the broccolli. Cover with shredded cheese and return to the oven to cook until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!!

Serving Size: makes 1 pie plate full of 6 1/2 cup servings
