Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 avocado, ripe and scooped from shell
1 cup loosely-packed fresh baby spinach leaves
1 medium granny smith apple, sliced
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup water
lemon juice to taste
Directions
Use a blender that will puree frozen fruit into a creamy smoothie.
