Introduction

Directions
Add 4 tablespoons of chicken broth to a large saucepan. Sauté garlic, onions and bell peppers for about 4 minutes.

Add the next 9 ingredients, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a slow boil, and cook for 12 minutes.

Add the next 7 ingredients and cook for about 20 minutes. (I don’t use salt - Add salt if you must) (A good salt substitute is Mrs. dash seasonings).

    1t Crushed red peppers
    16 oz. can great northern beans
    16 oz. can crushed red tomatoes
    16 oz. can chick peas
    3T tomato paste
