Ingredients

    Veal, ground, 16 oz
    Philadelphia Cooking creme, 10 oz
    Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2")
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product)
    Shallots, 5 tbsp chopped
    Egg Yolk, 2 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    *Flour, white, 0.33 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    sea salt, black pepper to taste
    sage, 1 tbsp
    herbes de Provence, 1 tbsp
    parsley, 1 tbsp

Tips

cook the veal, shallots, mushroom and carrot together separately from the bechamel sauce (flour, butter and milk). and them mix together. Add the cooking creme and lemon juice at the end (add a tbsp of dry white wine or Noilly Prat for the taste as an option). Let the preparation simmer for about 60 minutes covered. Serve with fettuccine, spaghetti or tagliatelle
