Ingredients

    8 oz orange juice
    1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 small ripe banana
    1 heaping tsp. raw wheat germ
    1/2 tsp. kelp powder
    6 frozen strawberries
    3 chunks of frozen pineapple (fresh if possible)
    Blend and pour into glass and then add 1 heaping tsp of flax seed, stir into the smoothie and enjoy!

Directions

add everything into a blender and blend
