Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 kg
    Leeks, 1.5 cup
    *Cellery, Raw -3 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled (remove)
    Thyme, 1 tbsp crumbled
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 3 tsp (remove) (you can use vegetable broth aswel)
    Water, tap, 1200 mL (remove)

Tips

You can add a carrot to it aswel.
You can make the bouillon in advance but it works this way aswel. Have fun!


Directions

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a large cooking pot. Add onion, bay leaves and thyme. Let it simmer for a bit until onion goes soft. Add leak and cellery until soft. Add tapwater and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Add tomatoes, fresh and sundried. Once it boils, let simmer with lid on for about 20 - 30 min until everything is soft. Blend well. Done! Fresh tomato soup! Mjum!
