    Carrots, raw, 3 medium grated
    Apricots, dried, 8 half chopped
    Dates, 4 date chopped
    Raisins, 0.25 cup, packed chopped
    *Coconut, unsweetened, 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp
    Flaxseed, 0.25 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped

Directions

put dried fruit and onion in a food processor chop well. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
