Introduction

This one pot dish can be eaten over chips, on tacos, burritos, or on a salad. Very yummy! This one pot dish can be eaten over chips, on tacos, burritos, or on a salad. Very yummy!

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 tblsp coconut oil
    3 Tblsp chili powder
    1 Tblsp paprika
    1 tsp oregano
    1 c canned Iberia black beans
    1 can rotel

Tips

You can add some cumin if you like but I choose to leave it out because it upsets our stomachs.


Directions

Add beef, onions, garlic and coconut oil into large pot. Cook until beef and onions are done. Add in seasonings, beans and rotel. Simmer until beans begin split and serve as you like.
