Ingredients

    16 ounces frozen cauliflower, steamed and chopped
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    Paprika, optional

Tips

Linda Sue's recipe called for 3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled. I like to make the bacon on the side for those who want to add it to their own serving.


Directions

*Please Note these are modified directions from Linda Sue's recipe.

Steam cauliflower until just tender and chop into pieces.
Mix softened cream cheese, four ounces cheddar cheese, green onions, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl. Gently stir in cauliflower and pour into an 8x8 square pan or 2-qt casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes until bubbly around the edges and lightly browned on top.
