Introduction

Ingredients

    Lemon Juice, .25 cup About 2 lemons
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbspApples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) pealed & diced
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Parsley, .25 cup, chopped
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup
    Figs, dried, 5 figs chopped
    Salt and Pepper
    Optional 1 Green Onion diced

Tips

Make sure the dressings coats all the furit & veggies so they will not turn brown.


Directions

Mix Lemon juice, oilve oil, honey in a large bowl. Chopped all ingredients and toss in the bowl. Mix well.

Serving Size: Makes about 2.5 to 3.5 cups, abkut 4-5 servings
