Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 yellow onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 can chili beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 tbs (or more) chili powder
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
    crushed pepper flakes to taste
    1 1/2 cans (bean cans) of water

Tips

Serve with chopped onions & shredded cheddar cheese and a flour tortilla.


Directions

Brown meat in large pot with small amount of olive oil if needed.
Add onions and celery to sweat.
Add chili powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Add beans, tomatoes, and water (as needed)
Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer for 60 minutes.
