Introduction

Pancakes with 6 egg whites. A good friend of mine makes pancakes using this recipe with 6 whole eggs and butter and oil instead of unsweetened applesauce. They are delicious. I've adjusted the recipe to make it more "healthy". If anyone has any ideas on how to make it better or just plain hates them please let me know! Ingredients

    6 Egg whites
    Unsweetened applesauce
    all-purpose flour
    Buttermilk
    Fat Free Sour Cream
    baking soda
    salt
    sugar

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately. Then fold the dry into the wet until mixed.

Serving Size: Makes 15 pancakes, 3 pancakes a serving
