Ingredients

    1 lb. Pork Chops, loin, trimmed of all fat, cut into thin strips
    3 cups cabbage (any variety), chopped
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1 cup sweet bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 cup matchstick carrots
    8 ozs. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1-1/2 cup uncooked Minute Brown Rice
    1 recipe of Deb's Basic Stir Fry Sauce

Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions, set aside and keep warm.

Heat 1/2 Tbsp oil in skillet; add pork and stir fry until no longer pink. Remove from skillet, put in bowl and cover to keep warm.

Add another 1/2 Tbsp oil to skillet and stir fry the broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts until just tender. Remove from skillet and place in bowl with pork.

Add another 1/2 Tbsp oil to skillet and stir fry the cabbage, peppers and mushrooms until just tender. Add to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Pour Deb's Basic Stir Fry Sauce over ingredients in bowl and toss to coat well. Serve over 1/2 cup rice.
