1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 scoops of protein powder (Optimum Nutrition Complete Proetein Diet used here)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
