Ingredients

    2 chicken thighs, bone and skin removed
    1 cup frozen cut corn
    1 cup yellow onion
    2 cups uncooked red kidney beans
    2 cups uncooked Great Northern beans
    3 small carrots, finely diced

Tips

When all the water is evaporated, load on the cayenne and hot sauce to give it a real kick!


Directions

Prep the chicken and vegetables.
Place all ingredients into a soup pot and simmer until cooked.
