    * Egg, fresh, 6 large
    * Peppercorn, black, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic, 10 cloves
    * Cream Cheese, 50 grams or 100!!!
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp


1. I leave my peppercorn whole or coarsely crushed.
2. Whenever possible, I use green peppercorn.
3. Mushroom! Ooooo! I forgot!


1. Heat the little oil in a heavy bottom pan and add crushed garlic. Fry till brown. This much oil is enough, actually, if you give it time enough!

2. *Lightly* whisk the eggs and the Peppercorn.

3. Pour over the done garlic and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

4. Reduce heat to bare minimum and cover and let the steam cook the top for about 12-15 minutes.

5. Turn over and on full flame, let the melted cheese turn hard and brown for about 3-5 minutes.

6. Turn off the heat and let it stand for about 5 minutes so that the struck cheese gets unstruck! (I do not know what scientific phenomenon causes this but if you remove it immediately, the cheese sticks. Give it some time and it slides off the pan!)

7. 4, 3, 2 servings and the amount of Cheese depend upon your GQ. (Greed/Guilt quotient.)

Serving Size: 3 to 2. Depending about how guilty you want to feel about it.
