Introduction

Ingredients

    85% Lean Ground Beef, 1.25 lbs
    Marinara Sauce (any kind)
    Garlic Clove, minced
    Olive OIl
    Zucchini, 1 small, chopped into small pieces
    Onion, 1 medium. chopped into small pieces
    Mushrooms, 1 8oz package

Directions

Combine Garlic and Olive Oil In a Pan, Saute for about one minute.
Add the Onion, Mushrooms, and Zucchini. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add in the Ground Beef. Cook until no longer pink.
Add the marinara and simmer for about 10 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 6 1 Cup Servings
