Ingredients

4 oz activia blueberry yogurt
1/4 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 frozen bananna
1 TBSP creamy peanut butter
4 cups baby spinach (2 handfulls)
1 cup vanilla almond soy milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
Tips
Peel and slice the bananna and put in zip lock bag in freezer overnight. The frozen fruit keeps your drink cold longer than refrigerated fruit. I like to add all ingredients to my blender the night before (except frozen fruit) to save time in the morning when running out the door.
Directions
add all ingredients in blender on high for 1 minute until all ingredients are mixed well. Drink up.This is very filling.
