Ingredients

240 grams pink salmon
240 grams cod
200ml of semi skimmed milk
10 g or 2 tspns of cornflour
40g chedder cheese
1kg potatoes
10 g butter
Directions
Dice the slamon and cod and poach in the semi-skimmed milk for 12 minutes.
Remove the fish and leave to one side.
Bring the milk to the boil and add 25g of chedder cheese and melt into the milk.
Mix the 10g of cornflour with a little water and add to the milk and cheese mixtre to thicken.
Add the fish and then place in an oven proof dish.
Pee and boil the potatoes for 25 minutes. Mash with 10g of butter.
Smooth or pipe the mashed potatoes onto the fish and cheese mixtute.
Grate the remaining 15g of cheese onto the top and bake in the over for about 45 minutes.
Seve with carrots and brocolli
