Ingredients

4 C fresh spinach, chopped (you can sub 1cup of frozen, heated and drained)

1 C Fage total zero plain yogurt (you can find it at Wal-Mart)

    4 TBSP (1/4 C) Whipped Cream Cheese

1/2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mix

    Garlic to taste (optional)

    Parmesan to taste (optional)

Tips

I find it easier to blend the ingredients by hand if you do it while the spinach is still hot. Make SURE you drain the spinach well before blending!

You can also mess with the seasonings for different tastes.

Directions

Steam chopped spinach in microwave or on stove top until tender. (if using frozen, heat and drain)

Blend Yogurt, cream cheese, ranch dip mix,and spinach (and parmesan and /or garlic if you add it) by hand, or in a blender if you want a smoother consistency.

Enjoy!
