Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of medium grain rice
1/2 of a long sausage link
a dash of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 a tsp of tajin seasoning
1 can of back beans
Tips
I used country sausage because it has a homeier taste.
Directions
Boil the rice until soft
Saute the sausage until the skin on the outside crisps
then add the sausage to the boiling rice
then add the seasonings (salt, pepper, tajin)
In a separate pan let the black beans come to a simmer, once they reach that simmer then add the beans to the boiling rice and sausage
Let everything simmer until the mixature is thicker with less water.
Serving Size: makes 4 cups
