Ingredients

    Blend 2/3 cups oats inblender
    add 1/3 to 1/2 cup more of oats
    1tbsp splend brown sugar
    1/2tsp baking soda
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
    add 1 egg slightly beaten
    1/2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 cup buttermilk
    mix all together and spoon two spoonfull
    onto hot non stick griddle
    Threecakes are one serving.

Directions

Spoon two tbsp onto a hot non stick griddle
