Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, 100 grams (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)

Tips

You can add all sorts of other veggies if you want, I just happened to have these on hand!


Directions

Using quick cook brown rice, cook enough to yield 3 cups.
Scramble eggs in pan. Add soy sauce and olive oil. Saute frozen veggies.

When rice is done and veggies are no longer frozen, add rice, stir and serve!
