2 sweet onions
1 sweet potato
1 red bell pepper
1 orange & 1 yellow bell pepper
5 tbl balsamic vinegar
12 oz mushrooms quarter
1/4 c olive oil
Directions
chopped veggies in equal pieces - 1-2 inch pieces toss with olive oil and then add oil - and bbq or roast in 400 oven until to desired tenderness
