Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup Liquid egg white
    1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
    1 Qt Low fat Buttermilk
    5 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    3 cups Sugar
    5 cups Flour
    1 Box Raisin Bran (15 oz)


Tips

Muffins freeze well after baking.


Directions

Mix together in a plastic container with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 days and up to 6 weeks.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes
